Next season, with 4* or early 6* , will gain more.
Also it's better not to start with high q for next season's draw.

Do not sell a player only because he turns 22yo. If he perform good or great keep him for many years. On the opposite, if a player FT doesn't perform good or great, sell him. What is the purpose of the game, have the most % players or the best performers?

The only thing to consider is if it's worthy to invest your greens in a 21 y.o. player (as there might be a general plan to get rid "older"/slower trainers at the end of that season.
Yes, day one it's good to start the power training as you already know your opponents in Cup and CH.L. and "study" them (quality, roster, age of players, budget, previous trophies, asso groups).Question : 'right' time to use the greens is at the 1st day of next season?
I observe also that many oppo from your Cup draw happening to be in the same League draw (which is also ready but we can't see it yet).
but I would say that it's better to wait till Monday night, when you have made some new transfers and complete a big part of the roster.

At the beginning of new season, i will try to buy 2 or 3 players (18yo FT) --> i hope it still make sense with 15-16M (next will be my 4th season)
And invest my greens after several new transfer
