If he is 17-19 M' is ok, don't look at his wage.
If he is 15-16, also he is ft but 2nd class - so you 'll need some extra greens for development.
If he is 15-16 M' but 4*, then he is 1st class ft (and gonna increase his value with higher q).

Also, how many tokens should I invest per one of this guys..

that's depends from your stock of greens (and the ability of daily farming).
You may find a young 18 y.o. ML at 82% q, buy him with 2-3 tokens and then invest 50 greens for AML + 50 greens for Shadow striker + 100 greens for quality and make a fine player for the next 4 seasons.

Auctions for "ready" players with 2-3 positions and sa, go over 50 token.

I bought a goalkeeper earlier today 5+* 18yo 54q 540k, but he is only worth 13.8M, that means he is not a Fast Trainer, right?

I just trained him 6x Goalkeeping Exercises and he got +1% on 5 abilities (actually +5% distributed in 3 abilities) how much more does a FT get?

So, a tier one FT will always get +5% on a 15-18% drill, and a tier two will get less, around 4%.

I have a DC, 20yo who came from the training academy, he is a 5* q52 12.7M, his wage is very low 140k, but he just gave me 6% on a 20% drill (5x Goalkeeping Exercises and 1x Pressure Games). Isn't that ok? He shouldn't be an FT..

1 set is not enough for conclusions.
Must make 4-6 sets and see the avg (to be 4%)

You don't need to use GK training, just train him with your other players.

I don't know and really don't care.
GK's role is cosmetic.
Just represents the game calculations + the roll dice of every game.
