yes of course it's active.
It's just that issue for me that the players I 'm finding for my level, almost all have the same values & wages.
So you found a fast trainer/nordgen (?)
then you can go in the old version, set 3 bars/practice match and make 3-5 training.
If he gets about +100 gaining avg, he is a fast trainer.
The same in new version.
Give him drills of about 15-18 condition loss.
if he s getting (avg) + 4 skills every time (or +20 drills in 4-5 training), he is fast trainer.

* edit, yes in lv2 4M is a high Value so he must be a fast trainer.
