Im lvl 2 (two) and havent seen players more expensive than 4 mill. - yet.

In the old version he does 180 on max training. New version i get error when i only train one - (need to be 8 players?) or can i pick some workouts with only one player?

You can train a player individualy and you should do exactly so. This error thing is not an error, you just don't receive bonuses (to attack, defence, posession and condition), but your guy is gaining skills as supposed anyway.
It is better to separate bonus trainings (when you need a group of players) and personal power-training of a FT.
