A Guide for fast trainers

Hello Guys! This is my first post on this platform. I got this player from the academy and i wanna make a mutant out of him. Can someone help me out with drills to train him effectively

Generally speaking, academy players are not fast trainers. Secondly, he's grey skills are too high for a mutant. You'll have to wait at least 5 seasons before he reaches 1% grey skills.
