Just did a mini experiment. I got a new guy and started training him for a new position.

I started with the old version and trained him until I got 4 cones (adding it to the new position each time).

I then went to the new training and did the same. I varied the training between pro/semi pro, etc. But always targeted about 15% loss of condition. I did that until he gained 4 in the new position.

For old system, it cost 55% condition to get the gain of 4. In new training, it cost 57% to get 4.

Small sample, but I'd say it's identical. Type of training didn't really matter. It seems that it's the same condition loss. Therefore, the same amount of green packs. Maybe it's different when it's not an SA or position.
