a new player I bought this morning - a fast 18 y.o. nordgen. He is very fast trainer so I decided to give him an extra position (MC) as I have other two AMR.

as the training points going to the position, I just set 5 hard drills lv2 , I had . They are lv 2 (as I 'm not in a higher lv - only 27 and don't have high quality drills).
5 X3,75 = 18,75

I had to set 6 times this training, to earn those 6 points to finish the extra position.

Back to the old system, I set the bar to three and did the practice match (18% condition loss) and my player earned 5 points.
