Hi all,

This is my first thread in this forum.

I'm a new manager who is still 5 seasons in the game.

I was wondering, when I'm able to use 'Negotiation' after level 4, can I put an offer for players among my Facebook friends that is on much higher level than me/my squad?
Is this considered as a loophole in the system?

I can't make a suggestion for a player playing in a team that is in my association, can anyone explain to me why this is happening and what to do? Thanks!

The other team is in different server so you can't make an offer.

For managers who are familiar with the old version, the players there needed 1 sp to the next star so to be in nego list.
Now it’s ok if someone has _9 quality.
When we get our player at _9 quality, the better we can do to keep him in nego list is to add an extra position or sa so the gaining goes there and not in quality because after few training or 1-2 games our player gonna move to the next star and be removed from the list.

Are they exactly removed from the list? I saw my friend's player on the negotiation list as 99%, but when I entered the list of his team's players, it was 100%. We were both of the same level. Could this mean that they can be trained and they still remain on the list. Or was it a rounding problem? Or is the list updated once a day and they will still be deleted?
So much time has passed and negotiations are still in the last week).

The reason of this "anomaly" is because :
Example
At given time ( 00:00 ) the Nego list appears. Your friend comes online to check his team's bonus, or do the daily training sessions.
In that moment, his player is shown as 99% BEFORE he just made the daily trainings, and thus the visual "conflict".
Now, if you decide to buy that player ( who is now at 100% after the training ), you will get him at 99%
