Arphaxad, you've done a great job building up the table, but i'm afraid there's been a huge misunderstanding which you should really change it. Why do you set a limit to input values that cannot be more than 450? According to the table, white and grey skills have the same speed. It's also wrong. When your player has a higher skill than other target skills, It decreases its value. Please look at the images. It'd be good for you to try to keep in touch with @Der_Ryan_M as much as you can.
