Bullet dodged today... the substitute caught the card which should have been for the player he replaced? (Like-for-like MC replacement).

Another sidestep on the double yellow - the substitute got the yellow card that would have gone to the player he replaced, who already had a yellow...

Same here (double yellow). I think developers programmed that feature after noticing how often it happens in real life.
So, now I always immediately substitute all players with yellow cards during the match.

No! I actually miss the in game text descriptions.. With the new good animations they have reduced the texts to much
