Issues with the new season

Just got yet another T11 update on my ipad, but the problem with lost TPB percentages (2% for most players, 10% for youngsters out if the academy that you trained to 10% this morning, only to have lost all 10% now) still is NOT fixed.

The team quality level in the morning is > 50

But now is 42.3 ...

I paid so much for this game. Please help to fix it. It’s unfair

I'm back again with another update.

The fix for the earlier training issue will be rolled out again shortly. This will again only impact player quality gained from this period during which the issue was occurring. Any quality gained following the patch being pushed has not been affected.

We are aware of the other elements presented by this issue, and will follow-up with more details soon.

I'm very sorry that this has been this hectic of a day and for all of the inconvenience caused. Certainly not how we look to kick off a new season. Despite all of this, I appreciate all of the quick reporting and details shared as it really helps us troubleshoot during important moments.

Update: Deployment has just successfully finished.

Not that I mind that much, but you guys didn’t revert all trainings from the season start. Positions and special abilities are still there. Can you please explain why it would be fair in Nordeus’ opinion to let those free trainings stand?

I used over 1k green packs yesterday to train this player.
Now his stats is reset but i did not have my packs returned
Pls fix it !!!!!

During the training bug I only trained my reserves once (9*6.75) to get training bonuses and yet my main players got their quality reduced by 2-3% Lol

Still not fixed Monday morning CET. Come on, Nordeus, this is cheating your customers. Pls. fix asap.
