    I spent all my money and effort on the champions league trophy !I beat my strongest opponent but because of your mistake I seem to have lost the trophy against a weak team.

    now you're giving away 10 tokens like you're kidding god damn your tokens
    repeat the matches or give my trophy!!!

    Where can I find this compensation, given that it was me who brought the subject up? I am owed for wasted green energy packs I used for a match that didn't take place (or at least not one I could attend) and I have also failed to complete a special sponsor award which has meant another 12 greens missed out on. So that is at least 23 greens I am out. Thank you in advance.

    Why not just give everyone 200 tokens as compensation? It surely costs you nothing in real terms, but it would be a start in terms of making up for the series of issues players have to put up with these last couple of years. I am about to enter my 10th year playing and the way things are going, I may well not make my 11th and that is 100% because of errors, bugs and poor customer experience.

    Found the compensation. You didn't exactly make it easy to find and it's time limited. WTF, what about people who are away for a few days over the new year?
    This offer is awful, it doesn't even come close to making up for what your error has cost people. It's an insult given the compensation costs the company nothing at all. If you keep this type of thing up, you will have no players soon enough. As per above, I definitely will NOT be reaching 11 years playing the game. I would quit right now but I have a lot of tokens and packs that I will run down to zero first. Thanks to the company for taking a fun game and making it a money grabbing piece of garbage.

    Seriously, that's no compensation. It's a joke that only further disenfranchises the players. I urge you to reconsider your position.

    Today, in the champions league final match, my team was defeated 2-0 before the match was played as a result of an error in the game. Against a very weak team. It was a team I had won 7-0 in the cup final before. Match report, stats are not available and unavailable. It is very sad to seem to have lost one of the most important matches of a whole season due to an error in the game in this way and this has not been fixed. 10 tokens are given in the game for this error compensation. Unfortunately, this is never enough. The effort and money spent should be a trophy, not 10 tokens. This error should be fixed immediately.

    I lost the first place in the league because of that technical error
    And also my association matches.
    I did report this problem, and they just tell me we r sorry!!!
    So i train my players to the super status, full morale, full health
    And just for your error, l lost the first place 2-1, what a joke

    Firstly apologies not accepted. Secondly managers who were affected were compensated absolutely not true. I am a hardcore player and had at least 1000 dollars stuck in my season and received nothing. At this point a class action law suite for such gross negligence should be in order, might be looking into that.

    And again, AGAIN i will say, tell your tech team to fix the mess first, at least minimize it, before releasing new events! , my quad gone, its STUCK! , not even start, i repeat its GONE! , also my assoc wrecked, and thanks for the 10, its REALLY help!
