Both of us have the best teams on the league and by now haven't both lost, he has only 2 draws. The first game was a draw 2-2 and i was always on the loosing side. He doesn't change tactics hope he doesn't against me now.

He plays in 3-4-1-2 but with a twist, with only one DC:
DR - DC- DL
MR - MC - MC - ML
AMC
ST - ST

I came up with a 4-1-4-1 with red arrows on the MR/ML and DMC, attacking mentality mixed passing down the middle, whole pitch pressure and offside trap enabled, but it seems a little defensive for me and thinking one ST is a little short on attack.
What's the best tactic to win ou at least draw the game and keep me on top of the league?
your formation is good and the red arrows at MR/L will make the difference with the lonely striker and you can win with it but i need to change some orders to make you more than dangerous on your opponent let's see :

normal mentality ... own half ... short passing ... counter attack ... no offside trap ... and if you want to keep the result at least draw then make it man to man.

and if you watched the game and saw that this not too good then change to 3 1 3 1 2 with 3 dcs + one dmc + one mc + MR/L + AMC + 2 strikers

red arrows at should be at DMC + AMC only.
