   the counter attack is not effective if the opp use AMC. use 3N-1-4-2 attacking mentality,down both flanks,pressing whole pitch,normal tackle,short passing,no offside trap and zonal marking red...

    he has 3 strikers... so you need minimum 4 defenders you can try 4-5-1 flat , with red arrows on MR/ML and DR/DL and blue arrow on the centre MC , defensive with counter
