    And I forgot the most important point which is : MERGING ALL THE SERVERS...

    This improvement alone is equal to all the improvements combined......

    How do I control which server I am on, lets say I would like to manager another team as another manager on another server?

    You can ask any manager of that server to be friend with you on FB...Then create a new TOP11 account with that FB account......

    By doing this the chance of creation of your NEW Top11 account on that servers increases considerably......
