    The original thread had many good posts with ideas and suggestions I agree with (Ahmet). It did degenerate into merely complaints, and less than civil language, which isn't particularly constructive discussion about the game and is specifically against forum rules.

    I don't work as a Nordeus employee, I only help out here on the forum as a Mod, I don't have any answers as to when any updates will happen.

    I am sorry Cat since I was thinking that you work for Nordeus. But honestly Nordeus people should take neccessary actions to make changes to this game to be more playble. I am here on the forums for about two months(wasn't memeber but I was reading); and from my first day on these forums I am reading requests about friendlies. And people are saying that they wrote their feedbacks for over a year ago. Now a year is not acceptable for a change to be implemented. If it is neccessary "take down the servers for 3 days", test it intensively and make the changes.

    Yes we see this change as a small change. Since changing match engine, rating system, match reports are much harder. If friendlies takes that much time to be tested, and implemented to the game; then we can't expect any major changes. And you might not agree with me but believe me the game needs major improvements. And improvements are good even for the perfect games. It is now over 10 mil users; and Nordeus people's first priority should be to keep this 10 mil. rather than searching for new users. Otherwise they might find new users; but at the same time they will looose more...

    The free number changes will be implemented in some form, either as free for the first change or completely free. We're still looking into it. The delay happened because it was low priority for so long, but we'll see what we can do to speed up the processes. I don't want to give an estimate, but it's getting done.

    As for friendlies, we've made progress, but we still need to make it compatible with all of our platforms. I apologize for the delay, but like I've mentioned before, we want this change to be released without anything breaking for our players. Until then, if you are having issues with people abusing the current friendly system, please follow Craciot's advise and be careful about who you add as your Top Eleven friend.

    We know friendlies are taking long to address. The first solution didn't sit well with many members, so we are going to try asymmetrical friendlies as mentioned already. This requires a lot of testing to make sure it works on three different platforms (desktop, android and iOS) for over 12 million players. I realize that many people see this as an "Easy" fix, but when you're dealing with such a large playerbase that plays with each other between platforms, we need to make sure nothing in the background breaks. We would rather delay a feature and make sure everything works, than push something Live that breaks the game.

    As for the free number change, I'll see what's up with that.

    MDKII, can you elaborate on a few things?

    1) asymmetrical friendlies. For us lay-people, can you please explain what that means?
    2) How does this have anything to do with multiple platforms? As far as I know, the games already work in every way on each platform, but the changes you need to make are on the back-end that have nothing to do with any platform. It should be just a matter of determining if someone has had friendlies that day or how many games they have already. I fail to see where this platform excuse comes from.

    This is what I really want to know too. I think Nordeus is mistaking "your solution is not perfect, it could be better" for not sitting well because anything is better than what we currently have.. well unless the friendly was starting in 1 minutes after being scheduled and not 3 minutes, that would not sit well, i agree.

    It doesnt cut it. Takes about 1 hr to make up a test server and have a hundred players join it and experiment every chane first hand BEFORE implementing it. Every game has a test server, and that's the good way to interact with people's opinion and use them to improve the game.

    The only reason why friendlies are taking ages into the fix is that you are doing it half-hearted and due to jus complaining people. As matter of facts the Owners are satisfied of the game as it is and will do nothing more than the essential to keep the income maxed out.

    If a test server was made, it'd be easy to fix bugs and experiment more than one thing at time, resulting in a way faster upgrade capability.

    So question is: why keep going into lone development? A: it's convenient.

    HMN, you nailed it. They really dont care about making any changes since they are on a cash-cow. There is no incentive to make any changes unless their revenue stream were to diminish. We need a token strike.

    Did you notice that they had a special on tokens recently? That is a result of people not buying enough tokens. GUARANTEED. It was a desperate act to entice people to buy more tokens and it doesnt matter if it worked or not, it shows that people are leaving the game.

    Nordeus wouldnt know what a test server was if it hit them on the head.

    But to take 2 YEARS to implement the change is taking it a bit far, no? I get the feeling you tell everyone that changes will be made to keep people happy and then do nothing.

    Ahmet is right I get the impression Nordeus are more interested in getting new players instead of keeping the ones they have. Take myself for example, since I decided I wasn't giving Nordeus anymore money buying tokens you have lost around £30 from me in 2 seasons. How many other of your 12million users are like me and stopped buying tokens simply because Nordeus don't listen to their customers, 1000? 500k? 1m? 5m? It all adds up to alot of lost money.

    If Nordeus had listened to its customers in the first place you wouldn't have add to change your solution for the friendly fix. You have to keep us more up to date with what is happening instead of waiting for us to complain.

    As for whose fault these threads are. If your talking about me then im sorry but I didn't swear, I didn't call anyone any names and I refuse to write in the 'vent thread' so I can get ignored. In my original thread I genuinely believe the guy from Nordeus support didn't know what he was doing. 10 days it took him to tell me the there is no official statement that these changes will be made. Plus I had to correct him on a few things about the game that he got wrong. Plus he also told me I should cancel my account!!!!

    The worst thing about T11 and Nordeus isn't the friendly request system or any of the major flaws, its the customer service. And thats definitely not a hard fix.
