    Does it work out the same??? every 10 minutes stretch to 1 hr friendly? I thought stretching never amounted to much as what friendlies did
    Darn..I did this over Christmas and waited every hr..
    If I stretch every 10min, then is to more or the same as 1 friendly and 1 cardio and 1 stretch?? Now I is mad

    But (I think!) way more chance of injury... I avoid the stretching, except for to even out condition after training.

    If I power train a new youth player, and I'm at the computer anyway, then its 'hard' setting, 6 x stretching, 2 x cardio and 1 x practice match every hour.
    I would usually train them up at least one * (75 skill 'cones') and in that time I'd expect one, maybe two at most injuries. I've never had any more than that, and I've also had 'injury free' players power train, which is just down to luck.

    Use the stretch and cardio free time as well, when power training. Nice one, never considered that

    If i'm power training what do I get their fitness level too or is it once again based on how many rests till next game? Also am I better off picking the training that takes the least amount of condition off over the big one practice match plus I only have 30 green boxes

    I am pretty new to the game as well but if you really want to power train i think you need lots of green and red packs to boost fitnes back up and cure injuries

    Right?

    Yep, only power train when you can fill up with 'greens' at the same time, expect to use around 100 of them for a fast trainer to raise one *.

    If the player gets injuries , compared to another, more than twice , stop training him.
    My current dmc, from youth acad. got injured the first session. I was pissed, cos of the tokens spent... But he ran after that..no problems.
    You will see a trend in training before it even starts.
    But if the fker cannot play ..dump him..

    So Select first properly before training even commences.

    If hard training will cost 100 green boxes to get player up a star then I'll just casually train them, what's best way to train without power training

    Just try to train every day without waist condition, every 3 hours that passe without training and full condition, you are waisting around 0,4SP, i had a player that was able to gaine 3SP/day only with the games and Daily training.
    Whend you have 2 games per day you normally have to use greens to recover players for the second match, that way you are already giving extra training.
