I'm talking about this, the second post, of RJ.no, because his skill progress in a match takes into account what rating he got in that game. If he had a bad game he wont progress as much
Sid was right.No...There is no difference......
the % yes, the quantity 'll changeThe percent gain will not change either you play friendly or regular match
pointless, just loose 1 bluefriendlies against stronger team
yes because young players can power train but for older players or slow trainers it's uselles. If I have a safety in red packs, I put 2-3 fast trainers to play 2 gameswith the risk of injury.Well, my regular habit is to train young guys and play old guys
from my results in a competion game (L/Ch.L./Cup doesn't matter) a fast trainer has about the same results with a practice match training in 3 bars. An older has bigger raise in an off.match.A competition game is 70% average gain in training progress
In friendly game has about 50-70% less raise but in analogy less of condition.
about the first, I didn't have strong evidence, the second no.players who gain 8-9 rating burns more condition and gain more sp
No, rate has to do with more involving at the game but nothing to do with gain. Usually expensive (1st class) norgens are faster trainers (so get more gain) and good players.Generally good rating players get more gain because they are more involve in the game hence they burn more condition...
agree 100% adding that dificulty of the game/opponent/competition is irrelative.I believe that friendlies consume less condition than official matches, but players also gain less SP
The only change I noticed because it happened to all the players of my team, was in an extra time+penalties, where I had an extra 30% for everybody.
