    Correct. The only way that any notice will be taken is if it costs them money.

    My planning is already on for the season after NEXT because I'm not buying anything extra, so it's got to be long-term planning.

    An update from Top Eleven team

    There has been a lot of debate regarding the disappearance of skill points. When we introduced them a couple of years ago, they were meant to serve as a way for our users to improve a group of skills relevant to player's role in the team, while also offering a quick overview of the player's potential. But a pattern emerged with a small number of our users where they started stockpiling skill points. It doesn't make much sense for the results of the training to have an effect e.g. four weeks after the training originally occurred.

    That is why we decided to keep the same functionality, while optimising the training flow for majority of players. After the training is completed or after a match is finished, players' skills will immediately improve. The ability to focus the progress on a specific group of skills can still be set from the player popup, the same way you could previously manually assign skill points, just with less clicks.

    On the other hand, we failed to properly communicate the lack of Special Ability and Roles training. It was never intended for them to be removed from the game, but the last-minute bugs caused the delay in releasing it with the 2015 update. You can expect them to come back soon, in one of the future updates. What you should know is that if your player has started one of these two trainings, he will continue to focus on them during the training, even though there is no way for you to see that. Top Eleven team is sorry for all of the confusion that this has caused.

    More nonsense,if i purchase a young player with the following season in mind,i hardly want him training rapidly and progressing quickly whilst not having a guaranteed place in my starting 11, i want too improve him,add the skill points and introduce him to my playing squad/s when i want too. Just like any premier league club who powers up a young player out of sight or in the reserves and then brings him on when ready. Just stop all these pathetic excuses, Nordeus will have too revert or lose many managers and profits,we know it ,so why? cant you grasp it.

    i save 50 skill to either give new position or ability but i get say a player with a player with ability from transfer market e,g a defender that`s dc with heading ability then i can use saved skill for blocking ability, i won`t train player till i know if i need this ability so i will havel no control on how i can train player, even in real life it take time to train player`s, Look at Steven Gerrard he started as DR when he made his debut for Liverpool he did not suddenly become one of best midfield player`s over night, NO it took time and training

    Thanks for the apologize it was the less you can do !

    Yes , you improved the training and skill point system but how can i do now to stop progression of a quite old player who reach the frontier with next star , because if i want to sell him he has more chance to be sold with a quality who finish by 4 or 9 depending on my level ? How can i do now to intentionely put a player on the neg list ?

    EDIT : some people will answer me that if i want to stop progression i can stop training him , yes of course but if i stil want him to play until the last day of the season ?

    to add with the not too train so we can not leave player`s 1 skill away from next star i have a ALM/ACM/ARM WITH SPECIAL ABILITY, how am suppose to stop his training so i can leave 1 skill away to sell on via neg list as i can`t assign new position or ability ??

    ok, so you think it doesnt make sense.

    What I think doesnt make sense:

    - magical red/blue/green packs that instantly cure you of whatever ails you.
    - goalkeepers using outfield player attributes and stats
    - not having nordeus created explanations of absolutely every aspect of the game.
    - 28/29 YO scouts that cost 50 tokens. Even 20 is too much for that age.
    - youth system that makes you pay up to 24 tokens for youth from your own academy. Half that is acceptable.

    Your update and past updates is telling us that you want to bring some realism to the game. but you really cant do that when you have outlandish mechanisms that seriously affect gameplay and the aspect of realism.

    You want to take away any aspect of the game that allows non-token users to have teams that can compete with token users and their money. It took 3 years to figure out that skill points are being stockpiled and more people are tanking? Or is it that you are looking for more money to grab from somewhere and you finally got to the skill points?

If being more realistic is your reasoning for removing the capability of stockpiling skill points, then you absolutely have to get rid of the medical/condition/morale packs. OOOOOOOH, but that would take a serious chuck of your extortion money away, wouldnt it? You want to hear all the REAL moaning about injuries...take away the magical red packs. Ahhhh, but you have to weigh the pros/cons of removing/adding mechanisms since they can seriously affect your bottme line ie. people quitting out of frustration.

    my point: nordeus is trying to find every way to make people buy tokens. If the non-token buying public find a way to circumvent your extortion, you remove the opportunity.

    The only reason why I am still playing is because I can tank and have scout players every second season. I am not the only one that does this. But hey, its only a small minority that does this, but that is money out of your bank account right?

    Why not just come out and be honest with us and say it is coz u dont want us saving skill points too tank?
