Yeah, I clicked on the offer with Takatap 5 times or more, DLed it andused but not only it doesn't show on help page that I clicked it - but its still available for me and tokens are no where to be found... :/

I am making this post because Supersonic are ignoring my complaint. I took up an offer to get 680 tokens for making a £30 deposit with 888 casino and never got my tokens, initially because they wanted a screen shot of proof of purchase. They closed the ticket and I replied to their email with a screen shot of proof of purchase. They have not responded yet and it was three days ago. When I send them an email I get an automated response detailing the procedure for missing tokens, however I can not follow that procedure because they have closed the ticket!
DO NOT TRUST SUPERSONIC OR TAKE UP ANY OF THEIR OFFERS, ESPECIALLY WHERE CASH IS INVOLVED! My ticket reference, for what it is worth is 2379495.
