Ok, let's go to the second part.
Is there any meaning to give sp to the three categories of skills, depending from the position of the player ?
It's something that I have my doubts. I mention this in that older thread

The logic (and many players of the game) says that for an Attacker (winger/ST) most sp must go to Attack and M&P skills.
For a defender and GK, to defense and M&P and for a MC, more balanced.
But my questions are
Why when we 're buying a scout list player or a nordgen (who have almost equals skills) they 're performing good (or bad) as another player who have more bonus on "their" categories ?
Why when we 're giving a lot of sp to a new nordgen/fast trainer in his speciality (attack skill points to a ST) he isn't improving a lot ?
So for me it's still the question, are skill categories important or it's just Quality 65> Q59 > Q52 ?
* meanwhile, I use this method of sp distribution but don't know if it's a Myth.

The thing with this game is, that it is totally unclear what certain things do and we will never ever get an explanation of the developpers. This leads me to think that the engine is just a pile of crap and that we tinker around with it, thinking that we might have some influence but in reality....... Still enjoying the game, but don't give it too much attention anymore.
