Agreed, you will definitely get more cash through the transfer list if you don't care about tokens. If you want to grab some tokens, set a selling price and hope!no never! If you ask me. I would rather tranferlist him than accept a 0 token offer

If I had tokens at the time, I'd go to the offenders squad and buy his best players at 0 token, and see how they like them apples!
Started with a 0 token offer. Then it got much better. He's not even very good. I guess just because he's 3 positions.
I've gotten some crazy offers later in the season when teams are struggling and desperate for good players, especially if they have multiple positions and/or SA. Sometimes waiting is the best strategy!
