The percentage is relative to your level. A 1% value is actually not that much below normal. Here is one of my players with 1% dribbling. 1% = 152 whereas 103% creativity = 185 - only an 18% difference.

@mods, @admins how much name calling and such does this thread need before being shut? It's not going anywhere, this OP is never going to be happy.
Yes, of course. Others can call me names, but the other way around is an outrage. It would be horrible to have a serious and logical discussion about the flaws in the game.
Let's just pretend everything is rosy and peachy and shut that guy up. Brilliant. Truly a brave new world.
On a side note, I find it disappointing to say the least that someone who is a forum moderator makes fun of other people's concerns and then when he chooses just closes a thread.
