One season later - he's played 47 matches and trained very day. He's only gone up 3%?!?!?!?!

Any formation or tactics advice given is based purely on experience with my teams...
I got a recommended 6 * for 59 tokens yesterday that started the season an ST just needed ... in his first game gave a goal and an assist !, I finally think I got the 9 I needed!
By mistake I bought an MC in Scout! I was watching it and I had the finger to buy. !!! and as this is wrongly programmed because it does not give you the option of "Confirmation" ... "It is safe" ....
I spent 69 tokens! and so far in 2 games 1 goal and 1 assist.
And I bought another ST in negotiations for 5 tokens! came out 20 in total with what remained Nordeus -.- '
It's Fast Trainer! Thanks to @nikolgiorgos (https://forum.topeleven.com/tutorial...ainers-18.html #172) and @Al Svanberg
Currently the template is in 93% I have 9 Fast Trainer in the template holder! so project to close the season by 115%
I had never started with so much in one season! start the # 7

Mine is same. When I got it he was 124%, played in most of the league matches and trained every day, could only go 126% last and 106% this season. Other scout I bought for 119 was 104%, played in less matches, trained same and could go 111% last and 92% this season. Strange.The 'free' player is a totally useless trainer.

To know the Scouts ... do not go up fast ...
1. By his age 22 years the best ones.
2. For each star won, his training capacity is reduced by 15%.
