But what I can see lately, is the even with low q, most of the teams are from your LV and not high q -1LV.

I do not know how many players are taken into account for the quality evaluation. But what I faced was: I could not sell any players when my squad was down to 16. So, I think 16 is now the minimum amount of players you have to keep in your team. Unless it was just a temporary bug.

yes, must be a bug (like the contracts bug).
I tried it yesterday and could sell the 15th and 16th player.

it is still 14 players. i can confirm at first hand as i've just cleaned out my sons team this week.

on the other issue about how team quality is calculated, only reserves are excluded from the calculation. if you have 14 players up to 18 they are included. therefore only way to manipulate your team average is to use 14 good and 4 very low star players.
