Having won 5 trebles in a row and having lost just 4 times in the last 6 seasons I would have to politely disagree with you.

My submission about this game is that the greatest tool of success is having good players. To win a game in top eleven your players must have good morale, training bonus, condition, win bonus,good tactics and formation. But above all these things your teams overall quality and the 'hidden quality' of your players is what really counts.

You must note that some players will perform badly whether they're 6star or 8star but you will find that some 4star players are consistent performers, you must take note of these players and keep them because they have a good internal programming that causes them to perform.

I personally have come to rely on weekly 79tokens recommended players because they always perform they seem to have a good 'internal program' so I keep them for many seasons.

This season I'm currently conducting an experiment with the goal of creating an unstoppable player out of scratch. I want to prove that it is actually the skill distribution that makes a player great. So I bought a 3star player aml/ml and invested about 300 tokens to train only his white skills, I want all his white skills to be above 200% if he produces spectacular performances then I'll know for certain that it's how high the white skills of your player is that would determine his performance

I have won trebles too. And I do not believe in what you say. Otherwise the training trick (Give 1000% speed/fitness to a player and 1% in the rest) would not work. I think that stars are one thing. And performance another. I believe in the first not in the second. My team is PERFORMING better with a 7 stars player getting a 6 rating than with a 4 stars getting 10. At the end of the day, high-starred teams win trebles. Not the others. In general, I do not pay much attention to my players' rating. This is BS. It may be indicative if you compare 2 players of similar quality. But a 7 stars will always have priority in my starting 11 over a 5. Nevermind the "performances". On the other hand, I believe in morale, bonus and (still) in tactic. But less and less in the latter.

The Trooll Result is the main reason I quit this game 4yrs ago. (can't do much as a manager in the old version as well).
I understand there should be some random results. But, not to a Bot or abandoned team against a well planned, well trained and well managed active team.
And, here is my 3cent:
1.At higher levels, there are enough active teams to put in a same league/cup and why still have so many abandoned teams. I mean all the abandoned teams can be put in same league/cup (may be mix with Bots).
2. The Bot Teams can be made lively and in-noticeable. Like ....watching some matches live and making substitutions. Adding new players to team and selling old players. This can even make the competition more competitive. And, urge the real player to buy high quality players or spend more Tokens.(* This will benefit for the Nords reasonably rather than the daily 1000T+ player reconmendation)
3. To make the game more realistic like real Football life, these factors can be put in the calculations:
(1). The teamwork factor; if a team with a lot of new bought players should suffer lost in position, mispasses, etc...
(2). All the youngstar should not rated very high on the pitch every game. Only well-experienced guys should have stable performance. I've never seen U-21 team win the Laliga or Premier League. (This is another profit for Nords, the players will buy more scouts or recommands or something like that. And, *some of the game manipulations will be reduced.)

Ok, i agree with you all, this is just a game, i understand perfectly. i just lost with an abandoned team in first round, i was angry, i hope you understand my bad language... it's frustrating to know that you do your best, train your team, morale boosters, condition, buy players and you lose with a team whose manager left 2-3 months ago. BUT, i stopped buying tokens like a year ago, when my team was 130% quality, i had a 8 pt lead in the league when suddenly i couldn't beat anyone anymore...not even the last placed and i ended in the 3'rd position, 6 points behind the leader. that's the moment i realised that i don't have 100% control on my team, no matter how well i train or how big are the win bonuses... if the game wants you to lose, YOU LOSE. and that's so unfair... these "suspected matches" happened almost every season. happened when i bought tokens and happens now when i don't buy tokens. it's very hard for me to believe that season after season i bought only players with low hidden qualities. it's impossible. so, what did i do wrong all those seasons? nothing, except for trying to do my best as a manager. i also noticed that some teams are, somehow, avoided by these arranged matches. i mean those teams are winning trophies after trophies while i'm struggling with pathetic teams. so, my question is: are those arranged matches prefferential? are affecting only some manangers?

no, what I expect is some more "honest" explanation from a manager who has 3 or more years career.
I would accept smthing like ... ok the game is boring for me now
or ... became to much token/money oriented
or ... I don't like any of the new updates
