He started training as a 43% quality player
From 43-60% he was getting about 27 skill points for every 5 rest boosters spent so that's about 47 rest boosters.
From 60-80% he gained approximately 23 skill points for every 5 rests. That totals 65 rests
From 80-100% he gained 20 skill points for every 5 boosters totaling 75 boosters.
This was where I ended with press the play drill.
From 100-120% I started using gym drill combined with GK training of course and he gained a remarkable 22 skill points for every 5 boosters spent this was maybe due to the fact that he was very low (40% there about) in the 2 skills targeted by this drill i.e fitness and strength. I spent about 68 rest boosters at this stage.
From 120-140% still with GK training + gym drill he earned about 15 skill points for every 5 boosters totaling 100 rest boosters.
So I spent approximately 355 rest boosters on him (this might not be the exact figure but it certainly won't be 30 rest boosters less than or greater than the stated figure).
From 140-160% he is gaining about 7 skill points for every 5 rest boosters now that I'm back to the press the play drill. Assuming this figure remains even throughout, I estimate I'll need 214 rest boosters to get him to legend quality.
