never refreshed for me after the refresh on the 11th... this bug cost me ~80 tokens because all I needed was to beat South Korea and Trinidad to complete two albums. Hopefully there will be compensation for their screw up.

And it's gone. They smashed the door in our faces. Ignoring all the problems there were. This showing Nordeus has no respect for it's users. I'm scared for what might happen when TE2019 comes in a week.

I don’t have any particular expectations, but in most other mobile games when there is a bug that makes a limited time event not function correctly, the devs usually apologize and either extend the event or compensate the playerbase for it.

It’s disappointing that this game didn’t even publicly acknowledge the issue, let alone do anything to make it up to the players for the negative experience.

And why would I spend tokens to refresh when it’s clearly not working correctly? If I’d spent 8 tokens and then it doesn’t give me the teams I need to beat, then I’d really be upset! lol
