As this is a simulation game and not real players
, I believe that arrows actually aren't changing some behavior of the players but
just contribute some % in attack or defense in game engine.
For every game we see this screen.
Every player considering his quality, skills and position, contributes more or less in those three areas.
With our orders, we affect little more the calculations + the % training bonus.
No arrows is the default.
Using defense or attack arrows, we take a little from defense and add to attack or vice versa.
If some +% in attack will be "translated" to goals, that's another story.
That's all.
