I had my theory that Superb and On Fire have a reverse effect.
My very good and good morale players are as good as they can be, that s why i almost never use morales, and they are quickly piling up.

Yeah, it is the same for me, my players perform better on Superb or very good than on fire.

Losing double digits every game even when winning.

e.g won 6-0 in CL last game, no bookings, no injuries, no bad performances. Now I need 16 morale points to reboost after it cost me 11 to do so before CL game.

No logic for why this would happen!?

Not really the point of my post. The reason for needed double digits after every winning match is my query.

If I could post pictures from my phone I could show how bad it sucks. All I get back from nordeussupportbots (not any real humans working there apparently) are lame cut and paste responses. Pathetic excuse for a company.

Look, in this game you 're playing vs human opponents but also against the AI of the game too.
The AI is trying to put obstacles, many times without any football logic (an injury of a player in morale on fire without oppo get any card, a yellow card when dominate a game vs an abandoned team, morale drop even if winning).
You have to deal with it.

why morals are decreasing need to be explains better or focused by the dev team. im tired of my players losing moral after winning. by winning i mean scores like 5-0. Also my reserve and subs are losing moral for not playing 1 match ?? WTH?

isn't it suppose to be a team game. Like Mourinho said in his interview team comes first so if a 7* player needs to sit on the branch and the team wins should it effect his moral?? it should not.
