Halfway point of the season and both teams are still in all three competitions. This week an eye will be kept on the Nouvion FC all-time stats for the match which takes them to 500 matches played.

Desert Rats FC: Two draws in the Cup Quarter-Final matches takes them through to the Semis on Away Goals - probably the only way they could have beaten a higher-Quality outfit.


Nouvion FC have had a defeat in the League, and one in the last Group match of the Champions League. Their Cup Quarter-Final hinged on three red cards in the 2nd Leg...

Comparison Slightly Worse: -5pts.

Goals Scored Last Season at This stage: 114.
Goals Conceded Last Season at this stage: 16.

Goals Scored This Season: 81. (Pretty Poor)
Goals Conceded This Season: 19. (Bad as well)

Goals Conceded +3 (ugh)

Conclusion: We need to improve immediately.

However we are still on for a Quadruple.

Ready for the Semi Finals too!

For the millionth time. We are one step away from completing the 4 in a row.

We got the kinder draw, getting an 8% weaker team but they won’t be any pushover.

The other 2, are both stronger than me, one is 2% stronger and the other one is the other 2 are slightly stronger than me as well, there is a 5.8% difference with one and 2% with the other, I have some tokens so I might as well spend them and make my self as strong as possible.

Halfway point in the League,, and both sides at the top of their respective table.

Desert Rats FC had a walkover result against the bottom of the table side, who the Management found, after a bit of investigation, haven't played a match yet this season. They have 15 players, but, looking at the formation and the available players, the matches haven't been played because there isn't a MR in the squad. The match engine is well versed in putting an ST in in place of a AMR when there is a perfectly adequate AMR on the bench if it has to make a substitution during a match where the manager isn't present, why can't it put one of the two available MCs in the MR slot and get the matches played???





Nouvion FC had a top of the table clash away at second place, facing a +10%Q opponent, the Management decided to go with a defensive attitude and the lads ground out the result, being pegged back from 2-1 and 3-2 up but finding a winner in the 89th minute.
