Season 131 - Are you ready?

Well, just a brief update, we won again, it was a 0-4 win this time, no Cup Final for me today unfortunately but that is to be expected, I was in a +1 level cup, I think I did well to get to the Quarter Finals. so that win in the league leaves me still in second position with KAPAMANTAΛΑ still to play, in fact that game is tomorrow along with another game against them, tomorrow will be nervy for sure.



We have the advantage in the CL Semi Final with a 2-0 win from the first leg, but I can assure you all that this is nowhere near done, they can still very easily knock me out along with ending my league title ambition for good.



For the second leg tomorrow I have a full strength starting eleven that I can use. I can’t say the same for the league, Savićević is suspended so I will need to put on Fathalli instead, he is an equally good MC, just 7% weaker, but he has the potential to score quite a few goals, but he also picks up a lot of yellow cards, hopefully he doesn’t cost us the game.

I’ll update you all once the second leg is finished of what the outcomes of both games were, either I am still left standing or they put the final nail in the coffin into our season, we’ll see, I’d say the person that runs KAPAMANTAΛΑ had a forum account, they may say similar things to what I said, these two games will decide how successful we will be in either of our seasons.

That is my season now.


It will be bittersweet if we beat him, it is good seeing him doing well but I can’t sacrifice my own ‘success’ in the game for him.

Sadly out of CL so this season I will only enjoy the CUP and League trophy.

First game against KAPAMANTAΛΑ saw us get eliminated from the CL, 4-3 on aggregate, next season, my focus will be in the CL, and that is it, I’ll try of course to win the others but that is the trophy I’ll go for, I don’t care if I don’t win the others next season.

Anyway, we’ll see what happens in our league game against them, it is a must win, surely I can’t go trphyless, that would be quite awful.



Once again, only 5 games we didn’t win and those games cost me, if we beat KAPAMANTAΛΑ in the next game, I guess I can forget about this, if not, then I will just will for the next season to start, it has been a ‘disaster’ let’s say, just the league isn’t great.

Hopefully more and better next season, but fair play to him, he deserved to go through, but I certainly wasn’t expecting to be beaten like that, I will of course take some fault for that, I could have probably done some things differently but that is the first time ever that I have been knocked out despite winning the first leg.

I’ll let you know what happens in the league game that starts in just under 6 hours.

It’s unfortunate but things are looking better, I got a platinum association offer which I’ll take on next season, a pity we won’t win the CL but I’ll assure that I will soon.

Well, he has won it 3 times, he won one with me, two with @SuperDunk, then I took over and have only won it once in the three seasons so far since I took over lol, but I like the tough competition, we probably wouldn’t have stood a chance in the Final if we had advanced anyway.

Consider an alternate formation, another scenario is that you need a better goalie. His keeper has 6 saves, just like mine when we played.

I just checked again, you boys have better rating than his. This is like the game cheating you. I have been seeing this a lot this season. Before now, the team with better waiting wins...

1-1 draw, this normally a good result, but not in this instance, we are going to go unbeaten and not win the title, and we’ll go trophylesss, hopefully next season is better.




We’ll see how it goes but that was my chance, now I have to rely on other teams to take them out.

We were lucky to get the draw to be honest.

Disappointed as we have more goals scored and less conceded, but obviously it is points that decide the title.
