yes, it is known that scouts are slow trainers and it's not worthy to invest extra greens for them.
They are old and slower because of high quality (7*).
4 skills for 16% condition loss is a sign.
6 skills is better but rare for a high 5* player.
For a 80% player , ok, normal.
Nik, when you are testing each position to see if they are fast trainers or not, what skills do you use for each position to give the best skill spread? Defenders and gks are easy as you can 5x gk training, or 5x press the play, giving 15% on stats they can use, but the rest?
attackers > Wing play
MC > mix, more the Slalom Dribble
Hello I have a question, in a guide that I found of the Forum in English (Full Google Translator)! I found the following information, confirm me if it is correct.
LEGEND
NP = NEW POSITION
SS = SPECIAL SKILL
"%" = Skills
"4-15" = Number of skills to climb.
To acquire an NP or SS of 50 points or "cones": => 50% * 4 = 200%
SS of 40 cones = 40% * 4 = 160%
and to climb a star you need 20% * 15 = 300%
In conclusion for a new position should be raised 200% in 4 skills ???
Waiting for support =)!
If it is correct for the number of percentages, then with these trainings I have already raised more than 40% in one player to get to the next star !?
This is ST of 18 years! I cost 01 TOKEN AND this has to solve the lack of goal in the front =)!

Sorry for the spelling, I speak Spanish and I translate with Google.
omg
you 're following that fb group where a guy is talking nonsense about the GK training trick.
Ok, I was also there and left.
It was too much for me - lol

things are simple
we 're searching for a young fast who can earn 4 skills in a training of -15 to -18% condition loss.
If we want to add an extra position, we must go in his profile and add one besides his current one.
sa choice is bellow position.
Then we start training, expecting 1 sa for a a training of -15 to -18% condition loss.
You can choose "Press the play" 5-6 times.
If he is a fast trainer, you 'll spend about 50-55 greens for that.
For an extra star, about 70-85 greens.
Dear, can you explain this I am not clear, when you talk about skills:
If he earned 12 skills or more for 3 times (or 20 skills for 5 times) then he is a fast trainer and we can invest our precious green packs.
If he earned less than 15 skills, then he isn’t a fast trainer and we must decide what to do (except wasting our greens to him). Set him for negotiations list or keep him for a 5* golden sub.
The same procedure we ‘re doing for any new young player we get.
Remember the rule – 4 skills (or more) avg for a -15/18% condition loss set of drills > fast trainer.
If you speak of 12 skills, refer to that in 3 rounds of training you must earn at least 12% in any of the skills ???
The same for the 5 training rounds should gain 20% on any skill. With the wear condition -15 / 18%

yes, it's the avg of 3 or 5 trainingQuote:

I cannot have a clear view with your pictures.
If you can post a pic of your team like this, I can tell you

hmm, i can see that your sources (boosters) are limited .
money too.
So you can't keep many young fast trainers and develop them much so we must be careful where to invest.
- GK no, never invest to a GK trying to keep him in high q or many seasons.
Just buy a simple 5* GK, cheap, and replace him every season. He won't be ever a "key" player.
GK's performance just reflects the team's q and performance or the roll dice (good/bad day) of one game.
- It's good to have a "defensive wall" and a "header" sa in your roster.
Da Silva (DR) has the "wall", he is young fast trainer but he is only 4*-5*
Fuaud (DL-DC) is also a promising one but still is a 4-5*
The same with Kukic, The other DL defender. fast trainer but 4-5*.
Do not invest to the other two defenders (the 20 y.o.)
- Fournie, the DMC is a fast trainer.
- Soucheski the MC is a 1st class fast trainer.
- Bojang no (but he is a good performer)
The other attackers are fast trainers.
The problem is that your team is young and expensive but you don't have a big roster and you 'll have problems to keep it healthy (injuries and condition)
You must cover your budget so must sell ST-AMR Feher and buy 1-2 old, cheaper players.
I got it how to identify a fast trainer, what I didn't get was what's the best train I can give it to him to make him a better player.
For example, a classic MC. Should I choose an exercise that trains abilitys that aren't highlights for him or not?
Thank you, guys.
I give all my players the set of two easy/ very easy drills of three categories , total 6 drills with - 6,75% condition loss.
2-3 sets per day, give the 4X10% training bonus.
Then for extra, I give "Press the play" for defenders, "Wing play" fr attackers and a mix for MC.
well as you can see, after #436 most of the posts are about the new version.
The summary with the fast trainers per level it's still the same.
And what is your fast form?

Oh, also if i want try to use 4-5-1 V-Style, is it better to buy a new player to fill the pos.. or train my player with new position? Like my AMC (Rosales or Pedersen) to be MC/AMR/AML?
Thanks Toxcatl..
your 19-20-21 players are fast trainers ...
I recommend this Toxcatl file so you know how to train your players ... # 1 - #6 is explaining how to use it.

sorry to nikolgiorgos..
i love this thread, but i think i was out of topic.. :)
yes and gonna stop here.
Next out of topic posts gonna bee deleted.
By itself, it's a huge thread, if we start posting about formations and tactics, gonna be chaos.
I said yesterday, nothing like buying a fast trainer 18 years with 77% to 01 token.
Today I gave you 3 training sessions with -18%. and pass from 77% to 80% =)!
are nordgens still only created between 4-6 in the morning (GMT)? What a lousy time for us living in europe lol. Ain't no way i'm staying up that late just to maybe get a player who is a fast trainer.
Also - after reading through this thread for a while now, I am still a bit confused as to how many skill points they should gain from training sessions in order to be deemed a fast trainer. About 3 skill points/session ?
What if from one session he got 7, and from the next one nothing? It seems you need the average gain from several sessions.
This is not an answer, and I'm sorry in advance for that, but you need to spot FTs before buying, not after several training sessions. Your question is good (I don't know exact answer though, I'll do some tests after my Academy gives birth). But it's not the question you should ask, if you don't know how to tell if the player is FT or not.
ah thanks!
Btw, back in the days we used to be able to see who the seller was and if it was a fake name for the team - chances were high that you were buying a Nordgen. But in this new format, I cannot see the name of the team that is selling a player. What to do?
Read this reply and the next two.
I hope you guys can make me understand this.
I am going to be level 12 next season and I've just took an abandoned team and I want to play with it, build it, etc.
So I want to focus more on fast trainers, now let me see if I got it right.
As a LEVEL 12 the max I should pay for a player would be around 59-61M Cash, his wage should be around 2,5M or less, so the factor for a good fast trainer should be 22 or higher, or a bit less.
I am wrong? If yes, can you explain to me please? :)
salaries border that data and the value / salary division should border factor 22
You are right.
You need to divide Value by Wage and then look in the table for the closest quality for comparison (ignore levels completely: quality matters, levels don't). When choosing, don't pay attention to the Wage -- all players of same quality have the same Wage.
The table is not very detailed, so gather your own data too, it will help you greatly.
So in level 12, I have to watch for young players, divide the value with the wage and the result should be smth like 22, no? @Toxcatl
https://forum.topeleven.com/tutorial...tml#post316491
Have I mentioned that level doesn't matter?
Take 18 y/o player, divide his Value by Wage, and then look in the table for the closest quality for comparison.
These "max q74, q79, q84" etc. are qualities. If your player is q75, you should compare him with the row "max q74" even if you are lvl 12. Players q77 should be compared with the average (approximately) between rows "q74" and "q79". Again, level by itself doesn't matter, quality does.
The table ideally should be filled for every quality point, not for every 5. Nik did a terrific job anyway.
thanks for the table!
Looks like the table is for the game on the previous servers. Now we can't see the name of the selling team anymore and at my level (28) there are several 18-19 year olds with a value of 111 and wage at 42m. This means that all of these should fast trainers - but i know for certain that some of them aren't (i bought and tried training them and got terrible results lol)
Ok guys, let me explain few things.
This guide and this summary was written in old T11 when in the market were only few nordgens (nordeus generated players).
So this factor of value/price was helping not only to detect the nordgen fast trainers but players-fast trainers from other (human) teams too.
For example 2* academy players from teams 3 levels above - which are not all fast trainers.
Now were the market has only nordgens, you don't need to look for this factor, just try to find players close to the higher value of that level.
This board is still accurate about this.
Also it doesn't need to check specific hours. Now there are nordgens 24 hours a day. Just check the market often.
When you find and buy a nordgen, give him a (random) set of drills with condition loss 15-18% while you start an extra position or sa.
If he can get +1 in every set (give him 3-4 times this set, for testing), he is a fast trainer.
High quality (recommended players of 118%) and age (players above 21 y.o.) , still are "negative" factors of gaining.
