Just a quick question - when you say that the player should get +1 in every drill, sometimes players get 0 plusses in the first training session but if you re-do it they'll get 3-5.

For skills it's about +4 skills average.
It's good to give 3-4 set of drills to observe this avg/

I bought a 18 y/o ST/AML of 95% quality. Used 51 rest packs to give him SA and trained him to 99% quality. But after having 6 star quality, he gains just 3 skills for average condition loss of 17%. I used 23 rest packs to increase his quality from 100% to 103%.I used Speed Dribbling + Shooting Technique to power train him.
How many rest packs do we need to power train a FT from 6 star to 7 star quality? Is my ST a Fast Trainer or not?
What training method are you using? I would say that he is not a fast trainer. Using the system on line, I will run 10 goal keepers (6 each time) and then run any of the others once. I expect a to move 10% but that means doing this 20 Times to move up a star. This is too expensive in the long run. I finally found a 19 year old DC who doubled that but again it is expensive.

You can if the level of GK Training is equal, and you should if it's higher. You shouldn't if it's lower.

So I would like to adopt this gk training in a simpler way if this is possible, during each training fill in first 5 slots of gk training and last slot reserved for other training to upskill. All training drill is same level. Will this work well? Thx again
Do you understand the concept of GK Training trick? It doesn't matter if you train with 6x hard drills or 5x GK Training + 1x the same drill if their levels are the same. Therefore, there is no reason to do that, although you can.
You don't need to do it many times, that wasn't the point. Read that post again, it has nothing to do with power training.
Just want to repeat that this thread is huge but has many interest postS so it's worthy of reading it specially if you are ambitious player and want to go deeper in the game.
So, saying again about GK training method - you can't save greens from this or improve better a player but it saving time and have better control of the skills you want to add in power-training.
For example, I bought six new players , in two of them I want to give sa and position, two are defenders and two are attackers.
I put all those six together to make some sets of GK drills.
Two players are gaining from this some progress from gaining the sa and position.
Then I take the two defenders and put them one drill of "Press the play" (they gaining the massive relative skills from this) and then the two attackers and put them one "Wing play" drill.
If I wanted to do that with the normal way, I would spend double or triple time.
Another case is if I want to put the skills Speed-Passing-Shooting.
Those are in "Pass, Go and Shoot" drill but this drill is easy and has -1,5 %.
Using many GK sets and put one final drill of above, also saves me from a lot of time.
You can if the level of GK Training is higher than level of the following drill.
For example, if you have GKT (a hard drill) lvl 4 and Slalom Dribble (another hard drill) lvl 1-3 then doing GKT+SD will give you more XP than SD+SD while Condition loss stays the same -- 3+3=6%.

CL : Season 2
Cup : Season 1
2 days ago, i bought recom player with 70+ tokens, cant afford to bought this 119% and q39 player because i need a good DR/MR (plus sa : def wall)
After 1 match in league, he is now 120% and 40q.
With 100+ rest packs left, may i power train this new player (Gerritsen) or any other player?

You may train him, but he is already pretty strong. I'd invest in other promising players instead (is your DMC Mooney good?). The more stars, the slower training.
IMHO, it's better to have more or less equal players in your team instead of one overpowered superman and a bunch of cripples.

I think Mooney is a promising player, since he is still 18, with 3 roles DL DC DMC..

I would give Mooney "def.wall" or "header" sa but as Tox saying, depending from your management (how many greens you have, how is can you find them - farming/buying).
So you need 50 greens for sa + 70 greens to make him a good 6* player.

My entire defense plays at age 18 together This is the 3rd season and they are all FT. which has been my Achilles heel this season since they all started at 79% while from MC to ST they started with 100% a decompensation that cost me some games. Then I uploaded them to 99% everyone and the case was matched.
The question is do I get them up to 120%? so that the other season starts at 100% and is practically his last season on the team?
This season I only hire GK who is FT for my team, but I change it every season since it is not a key player !, the season ends 99% and the other I sell it in 4-5 tokens and I win because It always costs me 1 token.
And also hire SHVED and ALBORNO which are also FT the question would also be the dopo to them 2 who have key positions for my DMC and MC team. Aside that Alborno will be the other indisputable titular season instead of VISSCHER who this season is his last of titular. Since the normal thing is that he always played MC and in the photo he appears as AMC.
The last thing would be Dopar to Cristiano, Dnibi and Suchecki who are the backbone of this team since the age of 18 have been and are all FT. (All my equipment is FT). Next season, with 4* or early 6* , will gain more.
Also it's better not to start with high q for next season's draw.
