I’ve been reading this forum for quite a while now and I tried to figure out how those famous mutants teams do to have those players with very high white skills and grey skills at 1%.

I did power training at the beginning of this season but I don’t think I’ll ever match those managers ...

@niko What players should I keep for the next season ?, I was reading all this thread last night and I still do not understand well how to identify which players will serve me and which ones, for example to choose only 14.

from your team I would choose those
Ocamica and Burdykin have too low quality for xtra training (unless you have a lot of greens).

The others not worthy, just keep them to lower your quality.

Perfect, then the team should train with quick training so as not to waste greens.

Not 7 oldest, but 7 with very low quality. Something like 1-2* I think.
