More players in auctions with 129 M'

But the subject of this post is to see how long can we keep an ex-young fast trainer
Here a very good player I have, ROBINHO , day 1 of the season.
Last season I managed to keep him in high q, 118% at the end, without spending much extra greens.
As he is the f-k taker of my team, he earned some % from motm prizes.
The good thing with ROBINHO is that he has some very low grey skills so I can take the advantage to train him with some drills.

he did pretty well. 3% per set it's not bad. A young fast trainer with this q can gain 4%.
So it's worthy to invest some extra greens to train him and use him for one more season in my front line.

    Now let's see another case.
I use KAKA mostly as MC.
The problem with having those positions is that almost all his skills are white and high.
So it's not possible to find enough drills to train his low grey skills and gain in total quality.

2.6 per set is not so good so I won't invest extra greens for training KAKA

Till LV16 you can spot easily the faster trainers.
After that, not so easy so you must use the sorting of quality in auctions list (I mentioned in previous posts).
At least you can avoid the slow trainers (example #841)
What you can do with a 2nd class ft depends from your team management.
My strategy is to keep 8-9 ft, train them from (about) 100% q to 120% q at the end of the season and start over again the new season.
Then complete the roster with players from auctions or scout or academy (or nego at old times) without investing extra greens for them.
A 2nd class trainer still can improve from 100% to 120%. Just need few extra greens, for example the 1st class needs 75, the 2nd needs 95-100.
Ok, 20-25 more is not a big deal.
It's getting harder when you want to add an extra position + sa too
or to keep him till his 24 y.o. or to make him +8*
So I will keep ADRIANO above (using the same training system as ROBINHO) , till his 24 and sell R.COSTA at his 21 y.o.

Hi guys, im complete newbie. Im reading this and many other tutorials but i fail to find FT with this values. Ive been watching transfer list for 2 days and not yet seen a 18y old player with over 2.5 milions. Best what i find is 18y AMR worth 2.05 milions with 85 (21) q. Is he even fast trainer or should i look for more expensive players, that are not showing on transfer list at all ?

    Yes, he is a ft.
Max prices are rare because it's about near 6* (95-98% quality), ft trainers are anyway rare so this value is very rare.
    2 M', 85% q is great, buy.

I always buy 3* fast trainers and sometimes they do not show up for weeks. I recall two seasons ago I kept searching for a whole season to find a DMC. But this season I have bought my DC and MC FTs very quickly.

So it's largely about how lucky you are

Set a training with 5 times the Press the play drill. Doing that 3 times, they must get 4 at least points. If not, they are not ft.
Their values are low. Check the summary.
