Definitive Illegal Formation Rules

Okay, sorry that I didn't read every discussion in this thread but I checked the first post and am confused.
I played this formation:

AML------AMC---
-------MC-----MR
DML-------------
DL-----DC----DR
-------GK-------
Everyone in their natural positions, and I got 20% possession. I've got a GK, 3 Defenders, Midfielders in the middle and the flanks, and Strikers. What have I done wrong?

It's not illegal because he has 3 defenders, a player or two in each flank and a MC and the possession wasn't 80-20
About the score it happens a lot that you dominate the game but still draw or sometimes lose

If it's illegal, what should I do to report him ?

Perceval, it is a legal formation. When your opponent has a bad formation, you will get 80 percent of the possession automatically so there is no need to report since the penalty is applied already.

My striker just got injured and I have no one else to replace him. So I played liked this:

AMR AMC AML

I think this is what Spain did most of the time when they were the Europe Champion in 2012, but in game, it is a illegal formation without ST, what do you guys think about this?
