The player that is choosen as captain should recive the skill points from gifts to have some control, by my viewpoint... at least with this option we can just select for a minute a player as capain...

Orders suggestion is probably the most overrated and useless thing you can get on this forum. With some exceptions, they depend on the importancy of the game, your opponent, and how the game goes....
