About the Unite cup event I suppose that the opponent level depend on the medium level of the association teams.

About winning with a +10% stronger team you should start thinking as Nordeus....

I did not receive any compensation, too. And as I wrote in a previous post I was supporting my team in association and I was winning 2-0 when the issue arised.
