Is something going wrong with the strikers lately ?

I got a fast trainer for my second team. Trained him to 7 stars with free kick ability. His start was spectacular. Second half he dropped a lot in scoring. Right now he is at 36 games, 36 goals and 14 assists. Not bad, but after his first 20 games or so he was already at 26 goals and 10 assists.

nice stats, I hope he 'll continue that way.
Meanwhile, yesterday my team NIK won away 3-4. 4 goals in 10 min, all from my midf. players


My other team Tigran, playing vs weak teams, 11-0 and 8-0. My STs, both with one-to-one sa, just giving assists to my AMs. Not even one goal - LOOOL

in my second leg in the the cup, I won 6-0 as in another league game.
Jackson in the cup game, was giving assists to my wingers.
I subbed him and Mavros, the other ST continued with assist - lol
In the league game, another 6-0, finally Jackson scored - YEAAAAAH

116 goals scored this season and only 27 of those goals have been scored by my centre forwards.

In the 6 seasons I have been playing the game I think in only one of those seasons was my centre forward the top goalscorer.

On many occasions I've won matches by 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 goals and they'll all be scored by midfielders and defenders.

Hey, they all count no matter who scores the goal!...... but at the same time it's a bit ridiculous.

My six star (almost seven star) one on one striker is still performing mediocre. If I watch the animations I have yet to see him pass a defender. If your striker is a specialist in passing defenders (one on one I guess or is it only against the goal keeper?) then shouldn't he be passing defenders? Even 3-4 star defenders are too dificult for him. Strange stuff.

before you started playing, there was an issue with midf. players.
Usually they got a 6
Now it's ok.
But as then and now with STs, I think it's a good motive to spend some extra T

i think right now my ST do more assist more than goal -.-~ they sent the ball to someone else even one-on-one =.=!!

I don't have problems with my striker, he is very in form and I am happy to have him.
As you can see he scored 6 goals in one game (and broke a record of 5)
And when I played a friendly he scored a hat trick of free kicks.

Is he scores if playing as ST or AML ?
Is he scores in one-to-one or most of his goals are coming from free-kicks ?
is he scoring vs good quality teams (and good defenders) or scoring vs abandoned-very low q teams 2-3 goals and then disappearing for the next 2-3 games ?

Because that's a situation I have with my ST. Those stats looking good but actually all those 6 and 7 meaning he's doing nothing in the game.
