Zero T negotiation offers

I love this offer
One of my AC team received offer for his academy player. This 0T academy player I got last season, now he is 1* and offer comes from a lvl 5 manager. so player for him is 99%. I do have some more academy players 18/19/20 yo 1* n 2*, receiving 0T offer but I don't like to sell with 0T because I use those academy players to bring my 10% bonus every day, if I sell them then I have to buy higher age low lvl players from TE which is cost me at least 1T, so please don't bother to offer 0T.
