    As about the serial of drill, I set those 6 "hard" drills, to train quickly some fast trainers i had and after the training I had a message saying that I didn't get any bonus (only the improvement of my players).
    In the next training, where I set first the "warm up" drill and then the rest with hard drills, everything was ok.

    Come on Nik, it is logical that you can't start a training session with an intense drill. You have to do some warm-up first. This can be done with the warm-up drill itself or with any other light drills. The penalty is justified. This game is not as simple as you thought it is. In fact, this is how a football management game should be; there should be a penalty for anything done that goes against the logic of football. The final drill of a training session should also be less intense; intensive drills should be in the middle.

    By the way, I am sure that many other users of this game made the same mistake that you did, and many of them learned from this mistake.

    In the older version, it didn't have that logic. It was more random.
    I bought a fast trainer and power-trained him with 3 bars/practice in a row so to gave him 50 sp (for sa), without any injury
    but sometimes when I didn't want to waste some condition of one player (when it was time to replenish condition and he had a full bar), I gave him 2 bars in stretching or cardio and had an injury - lol

    Yes, the older one was more simple, and yes, there are some more non-logical things in the older version. I suspect that there are some hidden things in the old version concerning training (that is, before the new version got implemented). Nordeus kept them secret.

    Could it be that the bonuses obtained from training done before a match was already there in the older version? This might explain why my team performed noticeably poorer during some periods back in 2015 where I did not do any significant training sessions before and during those periods.
