Questions we want to ask to developers of the game

I have a very simple question... Why they turned a minute of training, twice a day (6 minutes total, for 3 clubs I manage), into at least 20 minutes of training, 3 times a day (an hour per club I manage, 3 hours total)? Not to mention, if someone wants to train players individually, for every position... it would take much more time... Do they believe people have nothing else to do, but to play Top Eleven 24 per 7?
