It’s a wealthy team, a token buyer who got the Benefit achievement (buying with money an official jersey and sending it to a friend), as the Stubborn ach. (the goat head, bidding over 50 rounds for a player) among others.



From his trophy room we can see that almost every season he wins t, the League, almost all the CH.L. and many cups.


His squad when finishing the season was two (early) 8* players, seven 7* players and five 1* players.
Yesterday he bought some players to complete his roster (the between 5* players have no stats).




This is the classic method to have a logic lv teams in the Cup.

I also used this but didn’t help me for the next season CH.L.

So in those two cases (of my team ManUtd and Sakis) doesn’t fit any explanation of the “official answer”.

The weird thing is that not any unofficial explanation fits.

For example , a logic one could be
“ok , you are a token buyer, you spend tokens and packs so we ‘ll put you in a +1 lv CH.L. to spend some more”. It’s not Sakis case.
Or
“ok, you are a token buyer, you spend tokens and packs so we “protect” your team from playing in a lv above”. My team NIK also bought tokens , has the Benefit and Stubborn achievements but it’s always in a +1 lv CH.L.
The same is happening with ManU and RINOKEROS which never bought tokens.
I really can’t imagine what other factor affects to be the chosen one.
