Ι keep the same team. 11-13 7* players some 6*.
I do not fix cup so I have at the beginning full squad and very few 1-2*

So I am a good example of same quality but with different performance

season 19: chl winner
season 20: draw with +1, chl winner
season 21: draw with +1, no free time relaxed season, I screwed chl in round 16
season 22: draw with +1 (WUT?? WHY? I said I scrwed last year's chl), semi-finals in chl
season 23: same level (WUT? is round16 better than semifinals?), won chl
season 24: current, draw with +1

Maybe if you are winner/finalist of chl, you have many chances to draw +1
But it is not only that because when I ended 4th in league, round16 in chl, I drew again with +1
