Yes I'm always trying it on Wifi. Honestly, Voldara, I opened a ticket however the issue persists.

I have the same problem in website. but i dont have problems on android.

No, I haven't even once played the game on Website version, used to have problems related to videos on Android version, so I only play game and buy stuff etc. on it whilst watching videos on IOS. However, it started to happen on IOS too lately.
