at old version, it was easy, because 140 pts/pratice match seemed to be a FT... but now? 5%?6%?

I really don't know, if my 2 new youngsters are FT. A got them for a few T (1x 3position+SA, 1x 2position+SA), so I don't care in this case. But it would be nice, if you have experiences, how many % it should be per training.
And what training?
