I didn't get any offer in the last days for a AML ST AMR 19 yo with shadow striker I had sitting around, today he got the daily skill bonus and has now reached the next star.

No luck for me this season. Only 4 offers, 2 of which are 0 token offers from a guy in list. He does it every season. i really wanna say stuff to him but no way to do it. His association has an empty slot and it's an open association. i was thinking of going in, explain and leave after i get my tokens. The other 2 offers were 1 token and 2 tokens for players i wanna keep. Bad season negotiations wise

Yeh, it's broke.
When it came in at the end of last season I still got 4 sales and quite a few more crap offers.
Had one offer in this window and took it, nothing since.

Two 18 years old players with SA, no one offer (even for 0 tokens lol), so I think negotiation market is dead and should be removed

yeah, me too. i have 2 18yo with SA and 2 mutants (26 yo, not that old) and not a single offer so far. and it's not because no one wants them, it's because they not appear in the negotiation lists... in my negotiation list are only 96 and 97% players, so something is different in the way the players are put on negotiations list... it's not enough that they ruined negotiations by blocking them first 3 weeks, in the last week it's not even working. they ruined negotiations for good. so yes, they better remove them.

I have Q right down to 91% on my list, which is far lower than it use to be.
Still haven't had any offers on 7 or 8 players I have up, it's definitely broke!

yup. the negotiation is dead now. can someone from nordeus remove this scam fake news from the load screen now?
or edit it by put a small text in a bracket below "this offer only valid in the final week of the season tho!"

Its ok to buy players during this time if you going to tank. Like this season i am probably going to do that because my asso need 270 points to stay in plat. If we dont win the 1st 2 rounds i am tanking.

Strange decision. OK for the one time per season for each player. That will avoid the process of making mutant players.
But, allow negociations only the last week of season is a nonsense, because of the -20%. It's too expensive in tokens to buy a 99% player at this moment of the season.
I usually never buy a player in this week, with negociations, transfert or recommanded players. I do it always in the two first weeks, rarelly in third week.
Or you must allow to buy players better than 99%, else it's totally a waste of tokens.

Most of transactions in negociations are made in the first week. And concern usually "old" players. Some of my regular opponents build their teams in the first week of the season with negociations.

In addition to that, i must admit that one of my pleasure is to make scouting in the upper division than me, to search young good players that are coming out of the academy (my academy usually always giving me craps )
