You know, since Nordeus' crack down on tankers and manipulators, we have been having normal human beings as opponents, that is part of the reason why we even got to Platinum in the first place. I imagine things getting better...

I arrange friendlies when i am too tired to train or when i have no time (work starts in 5 mins kind of situation) and when i feel like i have alot of reds, blues and condition(not greens, existing condition) to burn. Usually 1, max 2. I dont even watch it, just arrange and check back later. I feel its better than just selecting drills in a rush where you make mistakes and trains alot of grey skills.

Are friendlies replacement for training, I mean, does the game count it so.

No mate, no bonuses for friendlies but your players improve just like if they were training or in a match. But it isnt good, no control over which skill improves. I still prefer to train each player individually if life permits.

Do they improve if they are 8 star players 18-22 years?

Only 2:2 after 0:2, playing high pressure and man on man is the reson for 2:2 at the end, but still good result.

I can't speak from experience as i never had a player trained to 8 star and i really use friendlies as a last resort. Except the night before season reset, i arrange alot and go to sleep. The next day everyone is as good as new. No injuries and i feel like i made good use of their condition. Better if someone more experienced answered this
