hi, i appreciate if you tell us. Is that way still valid for new version of the game ? it could be useful to improve skills in a spesific area even if gaining less skill points than using proper drills imo.

About training, how to develop their specific skills or if it;s worthy to improve the white skills, there are other threads in Tutorials section.
